Rare Form Brewing Company from Troy, NY is a small five barrel brewery with the sole devotion of finely made craft beer.
The owners of Rare Form share a passion to explore and experiment within the realm of the ale. Bringing together the geographical sensibilities in the different places they have lived and loved (the Midwest, West, Northwest and Northeast), they create beer that speaks to their experiences, choosing to use only the best and freshest ingredients.
Join us Tuesday 12/16 for an intimate tasting menu, featuring a stunning selection of Rare Form ales with dishes expertly paired by Executive Chef Nick Ruscitto.

The Tavern is another new space being renovated by all star team Vic Christopher and Heather LeVine of Lucas Confectionary and The Grocery fame. They’re making a ton of progress, and while it’s not quite finished yet, they opened the doors during this weekend’s Victorian Stroll to offer something I’ve been looking forward to for quite some time: a pop up ramen shop they called Tavern Noodle. It is a New Year’s Eve, all-inclusive party, that you don’t want to miss.

Hailing from Ninigret Pond, Charlestown, Rhode Island, these East Beach Blondes are making their debut at the Confectionery.
Ninigret Pond is isolated by a barrier beach from Naragansett Bay. In this peaceful lagoon, three oyster farmers happily co-exist and work together to produce bivalve gems. The camaraderie between Jim Arnoux, Nick Papa and Rob Krause means more opportunities to benefit from each other’s expertise.
Their understated saltiness finishes with a touch of sweetness.
