Grown in saltier waters, these oysters have a big ocean flavor and a sweet finish.

5pm until 8pm, 1.5 each

We’ve got double the selection for oysters today: Conway Cups from Prince Edward Island, and Katama Bay Oysters from Martha’s Vineyard, Mass.

The Conway Cups are full, with a mild level of salinity, and a sweet, clean finish



The Katama Bay Oysters bring intense brine, as you’d expect from such Atlantic parts, with a sweet-cream roundness.
